Real Estate License Continuing Education

Agents and brokers licensed in real estate must take ongoing continuing education training to maintain that licensing. Each CE course subject is broker down into areas of need with credit hours disclosed. Each real estate broker CE course is approved in the state and reported to the agency and the student taking the continuing education training.
Credit hours can be taken one course at a time or grouped as a package for combined CE hours.

A licensed real estate broker is someone who passed their exam is their state and is licensed to sell as an agent or broker.
